You place an order for the products your customer has bought, and we pack and dispatch it on your behalf. You never need to hold, handle, or store any stock yourself.
Q02Is there a minimum order quantity?+
No. Order a single unit or as many as you need — there's no MOQ, so you can buy exactly what your customer has ordered.
Q03Where can I resell the products?+
Wherever you sell. There's no restriction on marketplace — list on eBay, Amazon, Temu, your own Shopify store, or any other UK marketplace or website.
Q04Do I need to create an account before ordering?+
No account or approval process required. Place your order and we get moving straight away.
Q05How fast do you dispatch orders?+
Any order placed before 9am is dispatched the same day.
Q06How long does delivery take?+
Once dispatched, delivery to your customer typically takes 3–7 business days.
Q07Do you ship directly to my customer?+
Yes. We ship every order straight to your customer on your behalf, so there's no need to receive, repack, or forward anything yourself.
Q08What if a customer wants to return an item?+
Returns are accepted under our standard returns policy. Get in touch with us and we'll help you sort the return or refund.
