Pricing Standard Explanation:
Oversize and Weight Surcharge (Based on the final service provider's billing data):
- The above prices are quoted in GBP and do not include an additional fuel surcharge.
- The above prices apply to delivery within the UK domestic areas. Note: PO BOX addresses and UK military addresses are not eligible for delivery.
- If there are significant fluctuations in the market exchange rate, Flying we reserves the right to adjust the prices. Any price changes due to exchange rate fluctuations will take effect immediately.
- All fees must be prepaid by the seller in the we system, and the system will deduct fees based on the actual incurred costs.
Compensation Policy:
1.Standard Mail - No Compensation: There is no compensation for partial loss, delays, damage, or loss in standard mail services.2.Tracked Service Loss:Compensation for loss is based on the final service provider's standards.Shipping fees are not waived in case of loss. The investigation period begins within 10 calendar days after shipment.
2.1 Loss and Damage Claims:All claims are subject to a review process before compensation.
2.2 If the service provider's website shows the package as delivered, but the buyer claims not to have received it, we will assist in the inquiry. However, compensation will not be provided in this case.
2.3 Claims cannot be processed if the address is incorrect (based on the Royal Mail Postcode Finder)【http://www.royalmail.com/postcode-finder/】,[Amazon or Ebay This type of email is invalid] or if missing or incorrect contact details (phone number or email) cause the delivery failure.
2.4 Claims cannot be processed if the package is left with a neighbor or reception due to the buyer's absence.
3.Claim Requirements:
Claims must be filed within 48 hours of notification.Required documents include the original commercial invoice in English, product details, quantity, declared value, and a screenshot showing the product info, quantity, value, and buyer's information from PayPal, eBay, or Amazon."
